I understand that the unloading and placement of my cottage(s) from the delivery vehicle is my responsibility.

The cottage I am receiving is a large structure weighing up to 7 tonnes. I confirm that I will have a suitable crane and personnel on site to meet the delivery vehicle on the date of delivery.

I confirm that I have checked the access to my delivery address is free and clear, with suitable road surface for the delivery vehicle.

I understand that there is an allowance of 1 hour waiting time for the delivery vehicle from the time it arrives on site, any time required beyond this period will be charged to me the customer.

I understand that the delivery vehicle will only travel within 20m of the entry point to the delivery address, it is my responsibility to ensure the crane has suitable access to remove the cottage from the delivery vehicle.
