Generic Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us” means Liberty Oz Pty Ltd (T/A Container Domes & Shelters and My Little House).
- “Customer”, “You”, “Your” means the purchaser of the goods.
- “Promotion” means any sales campaign, promotion, or offer conducted by the Company, including those listed herein.
2. Eligibility
- Offers are valid for Australian customers purchasing directly from Liberty Oz Pty Ltd.
- Promotions cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other discount, quotation, or promotional offer unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Offer Scope
- Promotions apply only to the advertised SKUs and product categories.
- Stock is strictly limited and available while supplies last.
- Promotional artwork (print, digital, or online) is indicative only. Actual finishes and fixtures may vary. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
4. Exclusions
- Unless expressly included in writing, promotions exclude:
- Installation, crane/forklift hire, or other site works.
- Council permits, certifications beyond the complimentary Engineering Design Certificate.
- Trailers, accessories, off-grid systems, or third-party supplied products.
5. Delivery
- Where free delivery is advertised, it applies within 200 km of the nominated CBD, measured from the city centre point.
- Delivery is to the front of property/kerbside only. Placement or installation is the responsibility of the Customer.
- A forklift or crane must be on site at the scheduled delivery time. Failure to provide suitable equipment or safe access will result in re-delivery charges.
- The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party transport partners, weather, or access restrictions.
6. Engineering Certificates
- Complimentary certificates, where included, are limited to Engineering Design Compliance Certificates.
- Site-specific engineering, Form 15, or other certifications are excluded unless purchased separately.
7. Pricing & RRP
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is determined at the discretion of the Company and may vary due to market conditions, supplier pricing, exchange rates, and other commercial factors.
- The Company reserves the right to correct any printing errors, advertising errors, or typographical errors in published or distributed promotional material (including print, web, email, and social media).
- Where such errors occur, the Company will correct and publish the updated information at the earliest reasonable opportunity, and the corrected information shall prevail.
8. Payment
- Quotes issued during a promo window must be accepted and paid strictly in accordance with invoice terms.
- Failure to make payment within the timeframe may void promotional pricing.
9. Variation & Withdrawal
- The Company reserves the right to vary, extend, or withdraw a promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Refund Conditions
Should a customer request a refund for a product following delivery, Liberty Oz Pty Ltd shall retain the right to approve or deny the return for refund at our sole discretion. Should Liberty Oz Pty Ltd approve a return for refund following the delivery of a product, the Purchaser accepts that:
- The Purchaser is responsible for any and all expenses related to the return of the product.
- All returns are conditionally accepted until the product is physically returned to Liberty Oz Pty Ltd and inspected.
- The return for refund of products which are not in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer, may be rejected by Liberty Oz Pty Ltd and returned to the customer.
- By accepting these terms and conditions, the Purchaser agrees to cover all costs associated with the inspection and return of products which are not returned in the same condition as when delivered.
Customer Concerns and Remedial Process
The Purchaser agrees to provide Liberty Oz Pty Ltd with a reasonable opportunity to remedy any concerns, issues, or potential failures relating to the products or services supplied, prior to making or publishing any complaint, review, statement, or communication regarding such concerns.
The Purchaser must notify Liberty Oz Pty Ltd in writing of the issue, providing sufficient detail and supporting information to enable proper assessment and rectification. Liberty Oz Pty Ltd shall be afforded a reasonable period of time to investigate and, where applicable, offer a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the warranties set out in these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting these terms, the Purchaser acknowledges that making public allegations or negative communications before allowing Liberty Oz Pty Ltd a fair chance to investigate and address the matter may constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

- Promo Period: From 9:00am AEST, 9 September 2025 until 4:00pm AEST, 30 September 2025.

- Custom modifications not expressly listed.
Conditions:
- Orders must be accepted and paid in full within the promotional window.
- Free delivery limited to 200 km from major CBD centres. Remote/rural surcharges apply outside this radius.
- Forklift or crane required on site for unloading.
- Delivery is kerbside/front-of-property only. Placement and installation remain the Customer’s responsibility.
