Australian Standards Compliant Power and Lighting:

  • Light and power cable, switches and power points installed.
  • EDB (Electrical Distribution Board) installed.
  • Lighting fixtures and fittings supplied.


  • Shower hub with rain maker shower head, shower rail, vanity with sink and flick mixer, overhead cupboard with mirror, toilet with soft close lid and exhaust fan.
  • Plumbing complete inside the building and ready for connection outside.

Windows and Doors:

  • Centre section: Top galvanized pre-painted 3mm steel cover + 50mm glasswool insulation sheeted both sides with .4mm pre-painted steel sheet.
  • Main roof: 50mm glasswool insulation sheeted both sides with .4mm pre-painted steel sheet.

Frame and Walls:

  • Galvanised and painted external Steel frame.
  • EPS foam insulated walls and ceiling with steel encasing.


  • Water and anti-insect-proof floor, finished with a thick timber look vinyl.


  • Install on level ground.

  • Form 7 is to be provided by the customer’s plumber connecting the building to mains water and sewerage.
