Sale Period:

1. Campaign Name: “The Great CASHBACK Sale!” (the “Promotion”).
2. Run Date: The Promotion will run from 3rd of May 2023 5pm AEST to 31st of May 2023 11.59pm AEST (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Container Domes and Shelters reserves the right to extend or shorten the sale period at its discretion.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the Promotion, customers must:

1. Make a minimum purchase of $15,000 and pay the deposit for any product during the Promotion Period.
2. To be eligible for the $500 CASHBACK, customers must either pay a deposit, purchase the product outright within the sale period and will need to pay their balance payment on-time as per the notes on their invoice to continue to qualify for “The Great CASHBACK Sale” Promotion. The deposit amount will be communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that failure to pay the deposit or purchase the product outright within the sale period may result in the loss of eligibility for the cashback.

Prezzee Gift Card: Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a $500 Prezzee e-gift card. No credit or cash will be given as an alternative to the e-gift card.

Prezzee Gift Card Delivery: The Gift card will be sent as a e-gift prezzee card via email to eligible customers after the final payment is received and the product has been delivered.

Promotion Limit: Only one e-gift card per eligible customer will be awarded, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases.

Promotion Changes: The Promotion is subject to change without prior notice.

General Terms: The Promotion is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is conducted. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion without prior notice. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Liability: The promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3. Container Domes and Shelters reserves the right to cancel any orders that violate these terms and conditions or its policies.

Participation: Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund under this policy, customers must have met the eligibility criteria for the promotion, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Amount: If a customer is eligible for a refund under this policy, the refund amount will be the total amount paid by the customer, less any applicable fees and charges.
3. Refund Requests: Customers who wish to request a refund must do so in writing, either by email or letter, to the seller from whom they purchased the product from. The request must include the customer’s name, contact details, and details of the purchase.
4. Refund Process: The seller will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and will notify the customer of the outcome of their request within a reasonable period of time. If the refund is approved, the seller will process the refund within 30 days of the approval.
5. E-Gift Card Return: If the customer has already received the $500 prezzee e-gift card as part of the promotion, The value of the e-gift card ($500) will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Limitations: This refunds policy only applies to the “ The Great CASHBACK Sale” promotion and does not affect the customer’s rights under any applicable laws.
7. Changes: This refunds policy is subject to change without prior notice.
8. Liability: The seller accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from this refunds policy, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Participation: Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of this refunds policy.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. These terms and conditions are in addition to Container Domes and Shelters’s regular terms and conditions of sale.
2. Container Domes and Shelters reserves the right to modify or cancel The Great CASHBACK Sale promotion at any time.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
4. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
